Aktivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa saat ini membutuhkan dukungan peralatan tulis yang praktis dan efisien untuk meningkatkan produktivitas belajar. Kondisi eksisting menunjukkan minimnya produk Alat Tulis Kantor (ATK) yang didesain khusus sesuai karakteristik dan kebutuhan unik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kebutuhan spesifik mahasiswa terhadap ATK dan merancang konsep produk ATK inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah dalam proses pembelajaran melalui pendekatan inovasi komprehensif. Metode penelitian menggunakan <em>mixed method</em> dengan pendekatan eksploratif dan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei <em>online </em>menggunakan <em>Google Forms</em> kepada mahasiswa aktif di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat adopsi stabilo mencapai 91% di kalangan mahasiswa dengan preferensi terhadap stabilo 2-3 warna sebesar 64%. Respons 100% positif terhadap konsep inovasi stabilo multi-warna mengindikasikan penerimaan tinggi dengan tiga value proposition utama: efisiensi dan kepraktisan, nilai ekonomis, dan kemudahan penggunaan. To realize the perfection and optimization of the company is done with three events, namely time management, cost management and material management. In this case, it is focused on material management, how much influence it has on the performance of the implementation of work in the construction of school buildings in Surabaya. This study was conducted on the construction of buildings, especially school buildings, because school buildings are classified as unique, namely in general the design and structure of the building are typical, starting from the first floor and so on, this can be done by saving materials so that spending can be reduced. </em><em>T</em><em>he following regression conclusions are obtained: </em><em>Y1 = 1,360+0,187</em> <em>+0,425</em> <em>-0,124</em> <em>+0,402</em> <em>-0,190</em> <em>-0,097</em> <em>, </em><em> where the constant value is 1.360 and the variables </em> <em>, </em> <em>, </em> <em> </em><em>have a positive (+) value, meaning that if the variable is carried out, it will have a positive impact of the value inherent in the equation, conversely </em> <em>, </em> <em>, </em> <em> </em><em> have a negative (-) value, meaning that if the variable is not carried out, it will have a negative impact on performance of the value inherent in the variable. </em><em>Thus, the value of efficiency obtained in material management against the contract value is 3% to 5% of the contract value. To develop an effective and sustainable clean water pipeline project, various baseline data are needed to support technical planning and guide appropriate investment decisions. This study aims to analyze clean water demand based on projected population growth and domestic water consumption standards. The method involves population projection using a geometric growth model and water demand estimation based on government standards, assuming a daily per capita consumption of 60 liters per person. The analysis covers the period from 2024 to 2039. The results show that the population of Watudiran Village is projected to increase from 1,871 people in 2024 to 2,559 people in 2039. Based on this assumption, the average daily water demand will reach 153,522 liters by the end of the projection period. The peak flow is estimated at 3.56 liters per second, using a peak factor of 2.0.
